Guinness

Guinness is  one of the most classically composed expressions of the Ramble Rovers standard. Its Black & Tan palette gives it an immediate sense of tradition: dark bodywork, warm leather, beige mohair, galvanized metal, and purposeful black steel wheels. It feels equally at home on a long country drive, beside a sporting estate, or returning from the field.

Yet beneath its heritage presentation is a more assertive mechanical character.

The Ford Performance calibrated EcoBoost, six-speed manual transmission, stainless steel exhaust, lifted suspension, and trail-ready tire specification give Guinness a level of performance and usability that extends beyond nostalgia.

The beauty of the commission is in the balance. Guinness does not abandon the Defender’s original honesty. It strengthens it. The galvanized chassis, removable half doors, soft top, steel wheels, and utilitarian details preserve the identity of the vehicle, while the interior materials and modern comfort features make it suitable for long-term ownership.

Guinness  is a classic Black & Tan, heritage-inspired, full nut-and-bolt, frame-off bespoke restoration of a Land Rover Defender 110 by Ramble Rovers.

Finished in Java Chip and paired with a Twisted Root Custom Fluted leather interior, Guinness is a study in depth, contrast, and restraint. A Mohair Beige soft top, galvanized chassis, galvanized accents, and black Wolf steel wheels complete a composition that feels both purposeful and deeply traditional — a Defender 110 with the presence of a field vehicle and the refinement of a tailored commission.

Guinness was conceived for those who value authenticity over novelty and craftsmanship over excess. Its character is grounded in the classic Black & Tan palette: dark exterior depth, warm leather, beige mohair, galvanized structure, and honest mechanical detailing. The result is a Defender that feels substantial, capable, and quietly distinguished.

For those who value authenticity over novelty and craftsmanship over excess, we welcome a conversation.

Built to be driven

A Ramble is deliberately quiet. Its work honors the original Land Rover not by reinventing it, but by allowing its essential character to endure.

Each commission is an act of preservation and refinement.

Each collection is a framework for taste. Each vehicle is built to be driven, lived with, collected, and passed down.
